Last Nght's Moon was Freaky Red

Driving home i saw a HUGE dark moon rising over the road. i wanted to stop right in the middle of the PITCH black road but fear got in my way...i did it for 30 seconds anyway.

These are not retouched or altered in any way except the last one.

(That will come later...)

a mile further up the road,

Last Night's Moon had a rainbow

Moon pictures are all over this blog. but i cannot resist posting more as the moon is so calming, and filled with mystery and portent. Last night's mon had a fabulous rainbow ring but the camera could not quite capture it. I will put some unretouched photos first then jazz up the exposure to try to show the rainbow. then, some pics of some solor powered night lights for the yard from Targe't. Beautiful!
