Dear Father Time,
That's it, I've had enough of not having enough. You think you're so funny, all your running out, aging and flying by. Well I'm going to take some of your time to ramble about you and your cruel ways.
Time Flies When Your Having Fun: This must be true because I cant remember the last time I had endless fun. I am looking forward to the Halloween Bash, its a party that always ends too soon. I could dance the night away, I'm the first one on the floor and the last. But time is getting away from me. We are days away and no costume, I haven't had the time to come up with something.
Where Does the Time Go: I have no idea, but it certainly doesn't go into rollover minutes, I could use some extra rollover minutes, but I suppose I've used up all my time. If I had rollover minutes I would use them at the end of each day to play play play on the computer and blog blog blog.
Time is Fleeting: My flippin 20 year high school reunion is coming up. I remember thinking how ancient I would be when this day would come. But hey idiot teen self, watch it, I feel and look nowhere near ancient. Just because time has played this trick of fleeting on me doesn't mean I'm old.
Use Your Time Wisely: These last 2 weeks of no work, do you think I've practiced this? No I've used my time Dumbly. My house should have been in pristine condition, Halloween decorations should all have been up (huge box of outdoor, not up yet), all web and blog updates should have been done, and kid's homework done and on schedule. NOT!
If I Could Turn Back Time: This is always a tough one because I like who I am, and know that wouldn't be the case if I screwed with the course of my history. But there are a few changes, like better grades, I'd have skipped a relationship or two, better health, etc. Anyone ever asked you if you could do high school all over again, would you? Only if I could take back the knowledge of my today brain. Otherwise no.
If I Could Save Time in a Bottle: Sounds like a pensive doesn't it. Is that where Rowling got that from. I would save all those blissful moments of love between Mike and I, when nothing else mattered.
No Time Like the Present: I would love a present of time. You see I have none and the older I get the faster it gets away from me. I have yet to learn time management. I'm always on time for work and forever late to church. I need to prioritize. I don't have enough time to finish my to do list. Perhaps if i took the time to better prepare my days, this wouldn't be a problem....
I think time is problematic in general... I think it needs to go into a time out! Maybe I need a time out, oh that sounds lovely..
It's time to go to bed... Hope I don't clock watch all night I have to get up early.
