I am a huge Beatles fan! Growing up my dad always had this mirror hanging in a significant spot in our home, along with his piles of albums and speakers. I hope to have it in my home one day. In my family music was played to hear and groove to. It was never for background ambiance, so it was always LOUD! My father learned this from his dad, he played dixieland jazz and big band so loud the whole neighborhood could hear when George Rockwood was home from work.
So every few weeks I will post upon a topic inspired by a Beatles tune! Please join me..
This first song is "Obladi Oblada" (Life goes on!) Its a love story about two people who fall in love and live their lives together. Desmond and Molly Jones!
So tell me how "life goes on" for you??When I met Mike, I was so addicted to him all I could think about was the present. I wasn't one who planned for the future much. We've had our ups and downs but we seem to be climbing steadily up as we age. There is so much comfort in that. Since we were too busy having fun when we were young, we've been on a late journey through college and he is now on his way to a career he has always hoped for. It has been my dream to see him happy in what he does for a living, since he gave that gift to me by supporting me in my role as a makeup artist. For the future, I see stability, a home, kids in college, a boy on a mission, weddings, grand children, retirement, travel and lots and lots of friends!!! I hope when others think of Mike and Mary Crabtree they think of a fun loving couple who love each other and are having a great life.
