Filmmaker John Waters second musical based on his film “Cry Baby” is set to open on Broadway on April 24. The musical is about high school life in Baltimore circa 1954. Preview performances will be priced at $54 to coincide with the year in which the musical is set (rear mezzanine seats will be $35).
